About Us

We Are Victorious LLC (“Victorious”) is a real estate investment company. We acquire residential properties, including single-family homes and multifamily buildings, and hold them as long-term rental housing.

What we do

• Acquire residential property. We buy single-family homes and multifamily buildings, working directly with property owners and with their real estate agents.
• Hold it long term. The properties we buy become part of our rental portfolio. We are a buy-and-hold owner, not a short-term reseller.
• Provide rental housing. We lease our properties to residential tenants and maintain them as long-term homes.

Working with property owners

Owners who are thinking about selling can tell us about their property through our contact form. We review each property, ask any follow-up questions we need, and, when a property fits what we buy, present an offer. There is no cost or obligation to submit a property.

How we communicate

We respond to inquiries by phone, email, and text message. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use them only to communicate with you about the property you submitted, such as follow-up questions, offers, and scheduling. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.
